Transition Planning

Betsy MacMichael, State Director at FIFNC served on the task force that created Successful Transitions for People with Developmental Disabilities. Pam Silberman, Director of the NC Institute of Medicine stated that one of the important issues in transition planning is for families to plan for the future when they are gone.
